Big News! Southern Xinjiang's First Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber Production Line Enters Trial Production

A new recycled polyester staple fiber project has recently entered the trial production phase in the Aral Economic and Technological Development Zone (ALEZ). As the first large-scale recycled polyester staple fiber production line in southern Xinjiang, its commissioning marks a solid step forward for the zone's textile industry towards a green, circular economy.

 This newly developed recycled polyester staple fiber project utilizes waste from textile enterprises within the park as its core raw material. Through advanced processes such as refined sorting and intelligent processing, it transforms former "industrial waste" into high-quality recycled polyester staple fiber. Upon reaching full production, the project will achieve a daily output of 46 tons and an annual output value of 1. With a scale of RMB 500 million, its products primarily target the high-end textile raw material market, primarily supplying blended textile companies in local and surrounding areas. The company is also accelerating the development of foreign trade channels, with plans to introduce recycled fibers that meet international environmental standards to the Central Asian market.

 The recycled polyester staple fiber project, through its "on-site recycling of waste in the industrial park" model, can digest a significant amount of textile solid waste annually, reducing pollution emissions at the source and contributing to the green transformation of the textile industry in southern Xinjiang. Furthermore, the regenerated polyester staple fiber it produces rivals virgin fiber in strength and color, dispelling the traditional perception of recycled raw materials as "low-quality and low-priced" and driving recycled textile materials into high-end applications.
